PAINTING/DECORATING PARTY…..
The day started off with a brief educational talk why you may want to paint and decorate the front of your hive. Honey bees can see color and identify shapes and markings. This helps the bees find and identify their hive when returning home. Example would be just like you know which house is yours when you come home.
The beehive painting party was enjoyed by all, kids and even the adults.
